Marques de Casa Concha – Carmenre 2021 (750ml)

Winemaker Notes

Deep dark red in color, with the classic profile of Carmenere from Peumo, with intense notes of ripe plums, black currants, and dark chocolate, along with firm tannic structure and pronounced acidity.

Professional Ratings

92James Suckling

Cigar box and sandalwood to the currants, dried herbs and grilled spices. A medium-to full-bodied carmenere with sleek, polished tannins and juicy berries on the palate, rendered in an elegant set.

91Wine Enthusiast

This well-structured wine has a herbaceous nose and shows typicity. Aromas of berries complete the bouquet. Blackberry, red-plum and grilled bell pepper flavors are joined by well-integrated oak on the smooth palate. Gentle herbs are displayed in a prolonged finish.
