Zeno Alcohol-Liberated Ros, made from the Bobal grape, captures both freshness and elegance in every sip. This refined Non Alcoholic rose Wine showcases a vibrant rose-pink colour with inviting aromas of ripe summer berries and juicy peaches. On the palate, it delivers a crisp medley of redcurrant, wild raspberry, and delicate white stone fruit, complemented by bright acidity and gentle herbal undertones. With its smooth balance and textured, lingering finish, its a sophisticated option for any celebration or relaxing moment.

How is it made?

The process begins in central Spain, where organically cultivated vineyards flourish on rolling hills dotted with almond trees and peaceful flocks of grazing sheep.

At the time of harvest, only the finest fruit parcels are selectedchosen for their ideal characteristics to shine through the alcohol-removal process.

Expertly vinified in a state-of-the-art winery, the wine is carefully blended, then the alcohol is gently removed through advanced vacuum distillation, preserving its authentic character.

Final blending and tasting sessionsled by the in-house Master of Wineensure that the finished Non Alcoholic rose Wine retains a true sense of regional identity, along with layered aromas and flavours of exceptional quality.
