Zeno – Red Non Alcoholic Wine

This alcohol-free red wine boasts a vivid ruby hue with a delicate salmon-pink rim. It opens with intense aromas of ripe red and black forest fruits, complemented by sweet spice and subtle green pepper. On the palate, youll discover rich blackberries and raspberries blending seamlessly with juicy plum and a touch of crisp cherry. Hints of spice and pepper add depth, supported by vibrant tannins that enhance the creamy texture and deliver a long, satisfying finish.

How is it crafted?

The journey begins in central Spain, where organic vineyards stretch across rolling hills surrounded by serene almond groves and fields grazed by sheep.

During harvest, only select parcels of grapes are chosenspecifically those ideal for the alcohol removal process.

Once fermented at their state-of-the-art winery, the wine is expertly blended and then gently de-alcoholised using cutting-edge vacuum distillation technology.

The final step involves careful re-blending and tasting, guided by their in-house Master of Wine, to ensure each bottle reflects regional character and refined aroma and flavour.
