Tasting notes :

Inspired by our heroes in the Southern Rhne who focus on the more ethereal, mineral-driven side of this lovely varietal. It offers delicate, flinty and persistent aromas of roasted red and citrus fruits and coats the palate with texture, perfect balance and a medium body. It will flexibly pair with seafood, pasta, fowl or meat and will age gracefully for 10-15 years.
