Our second Wilderness Trail Rye of 2021, this one comes as a bruiser followup to our \”4/20\” barrel of the early Spring. Rich tobacco, cherry pie filling, a touch of caramel and nougat. Contrasting against the woody, coffee and plum character, this barrel brings sweet cream, funky rye character, tobacco, raisin bread and a punchier palate. 106 proof drinks bold and syrupy, this barrel begs for shot at making the best Vieux Carre you\’ll make this year. 108 bottle yield, in a collaboration with Seelbach\’s for this selection.
