Discover the Authenticity of Mezcal Nuestra Soledad

Experience the true essence of Oaxacan spirit with Mezcal Nuestra Soledad, a premium artisanal mezcal that brings the rich heritage of Mexico to your glass. Each bottle is a journey through time and tradition, crafted with care and devotion.

• Espadn Agave Perfection: Mezcal Nuestra Soledad is meticulously made from 100% Espadn agave, the most celebrated variety of mezcalero agave. Grown in the fertile soils of La Compaa, Ejutla, these agaves mature over 5 to 8 years, developing a depth and complexity of flavor that sets Nuestra Soledad apart.
• Ancestral Craftsmanship: This mezcal honors the time-honored techniques passed down through generations. The Espadn agave is cultivated in the diverse terrain of Oaxaca\’s Central Valleys, surrounded by wild vegetation. This unique cultivation results in an extraordinary variety of flavor profiles, capturing the essence of the land.
• Refined Distillation Process: The soul of Mezcal Nuestra Soledad is brought to life in a conical clay oven and ground with a traditional stone tahona, a process enhanced by the strength of horses. The mezcal is then naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats. In Ejutla, the distillation involves a unique hybrid condensing chamber, refining the spirit to increase its purity and concentration in a single distillation pass.
