Monteleone Etna Bianco 2024

This mineral-driven white from Mount Etna\’s cool slopes reveals the volcanic soul of Sicily. Made from 100% Carricante grapes hand-harvested in the early morning and fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts, it brings together citrus peel, elderflower, and a savory minerality that speaks to the mountain terroir. Six months aging on fine lees creates complexity and texture that unfolds across the palate. Bright, balanced, and utterly refreshing.
