fermentation. Vegan friendly.
T A S T I N G N O T E S
An attractive pale apricot color. On the nose, bursting with notes of red fruits, raspberries and
pomegranate, underpinned by a delicate hint of peppery spice. A round and fruitful taste
profile, with white cherry and pomegranate, leading to a fine citrus fresh finish.
F O O D P A I R I N G
Perfect with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, grilled fish or meat and salads. A spicy tofu and
shrimp ramen or slow-cooked pork taco would be a delicious aromatic pairing.
