A rare selection from one of Galicia\’s most passionate winemakers, this Ribeiro red showcases indigenous Spanish varieties rarely seen beyond the region. Luis Rodriguez revived Tinto production in Ribeiro using Caio Longo, Caio Redondo, Ferrol, and Brancellao from nearly 200 micro-plots of decomposed granite soils in Arnoia. Made only in the finest vintages, Escolma receives careful barrel aging and represents the pinnacle of Rodriguez\’s decades-long commitment to complexity.
