Remarkably aromatic with pretty white flower and fruit fragrances. On the palate it reveals a freshness that is pure and clean. Notes of citrus, apple and gooseberry with hints of passion fruit are found in this lively and bright wine. An incredible value.

An excellent aperitif that is also outstanding with fish, seafood and certain white meats. A classic pairing with any type of goat cheese.

The 2024 Le Petit Silex Sancerre is medium straw-yellow in color and opens with aromas of freshly mown grass and ripe lemon. On the palate, it is bright and expressive, revealing layers of dried herbs, sun-warmed stones, and dried citrus. A brilliant companion to Sandre au Beurre Blancthe Loires signature pike-perch bathed in a silky butter saucewhere the wines minerality and citrus lift cut through the richness of the dish with precision and elegance.
