Helderberg Bottled In Bond Bourbon

Our one-time limited edition Helderberg Bonded Bourbon was barreled on September 5, 2017, and released in 2022 to coincide with the 125th anniversary of the legislation which gave bonded bourbon the historic significance it has since attained. Bottled at 100 proof, its the strongest feature in our brand lineup. And its also our only wheated bourbon, distilled from a mix of wheat and corn sourced from farms right here in New York State. Our deepest gratitude to resident distilling genius Tyler LaCorata for having made this exceptional spirit possible.
