L\’AIRONE is a young white wine, very pleasant, fresh and fragrant. It is best stored with the bottle lying down, in a cool, dark place. It should be served fresh, at around 8-10C. it is excellent on its own, as an aperitif, or in combination with vegetarian dishes, based on fish, eggs or young cheeses.
