Domaine Taupenot-Merme – Bourgogne Passetoutgrains 2021 (750ml)

Domaine Taupenot-Merme is located in Morey-Saint-Denis , in the Cte de Nuits in Burgundy . It was founded in 1963, after the marriage of Denise Merme and Jean Taupenot. Their son Romain joined them full-time in 1998, followed by his sister Virginie, thus becoming the 7th generation of the Taupenot family to practice the profession of winemaker. The estate has approximately 13 hectares of vineyard, spread over around twenty different appellations on the Cte de Beaune and the Cte de Nuits, including the Grands Crus Charmes-Chambertin and Mazoyres-Chambertin, as well as the Premier Cru La Riotte in Morey- St Denis. Taupenot-Merme also owns a small part of the Clos des Lambrays vineyard. The vines have been cultivated organically since 2001.
