Distilled on April 26, 2011, at the same distillery, these two casks went on different maturation journeys to become the beautiful malts they are today. Today, we look at US-exclusive single casks from Distillery #85 and juxtapose single malt from Sauternes cask and Oloroso sherry cask, a decadent dive perfect for the entertaining season!
