DEHOURS & FILS Champagne Extra Brut \”Maisoncelle\” Reserve Perpetuelle NV – Magnum 1.5L

Wine Region: Champagne – France

Grape: Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay

Tasting notes:The Dehours NV Extra-Brut Rserve Perptuelle Maisoncelle is based on the 2016 vintage, complemented by 30% of reserve wines from the previous four vintages. Offering up aromas of pear, apple, white flowers and freshly baked bread, it\’s medium to full-bodied, taut and incisive, with a bright spine of acidity, a tight-knit core and a chalky finish. Structured and serious, this is a beautifully balanced wine that should develop well in the cellar.

About the winery:
The Dehours\’ Estate makes wines from the family vineyards, following methods of production that respect biodiversity (Working the ground and allowing grass to grow between the vines). The wines are fully aged on lees and clarified by natural settling without filtration or fining.
