D.R. Stephens – Collateral 2021 (750ml)

Sensual aromas of violet, rose petal and musk embrace under the sheets, followed by gentle caresses of black cherry, forest floor and cocoa. The palate pushes forward with wild abandon, hammering deep thrusts of black raspberry, rock quarry and ground Ethiopian harrar coffee bean. The release is endlessly long and will have your eyes rolling, leaving you breathless and perhaps questioning your previous wine (and life) choices.
