From the Southern Rhne\’s Tavel appellation, where only ros is produced, Chteau de Trinquevedel is a deep-hued ros. On the nose you\’ll find wild strawberries galore, along with Provencalgarrigue. On the palate, the wine is unabashedly fruity, but dry: wild cherries dominate, with moderate tannins and soft acidity adding structure.
