Cenatiempo – Ischia Bianco Superiore 2021 (750ml)

Take a sip and its crisp, salty, minerally but not at all austere. Herby Meyer lemon, a sprinkle of lime pith and ripe golden apple flavors cascade across your palate before salty lemon/lime flavors well up on the mouthwatering finish. Youll be impressed, but dont stop paying attention! This is one of those amazing wines that presents a different side of its delicious self with every sip. Naturally, it will shine with any shellfish you put in front of it, but try it with tangy cheeses or even herbed lentils.
