Castorani Amorino Pecorino Superiore 2023 (750ml)

The rediscovery of this ancient variety rewarded us with this elegant wine that shows intense notes of pear, white flowers and exotic fruits. Structured on the palate, with intense notes of citrus and exotic fruits, full bodied and rich with a long-balanced finish.

Great with all types of fish, shellfish, pork and veal dishes with medium acidity sauces and goat cheeses.

\”The nose brings aromas of savory herbs, lemon pepper and rubber, as well as tree-fruit notes of yellow apple and pear. The palate is fresh with flavors of citrus, crushed stone and more apple that bloom on the banks of a river of acid.\” Danielle Callegari
