Barrel Burner – Chardonnay NV (750ml)

Winemaker Notes

Seducing aromas of brown sugar, caramel, toasted almonds, and baked apples get released with every glass swirl. Big, rich, and full-bodied with flavors of toffee, butterscotch, and toasted oak with a long finish.

Aged sur lie for four months in French and American oak and undergoing 100% malolactic fermentation, this white possesses that wow factor, offering tantalizing aromas and flavors: dreamy scents of coconut-almond cookies, vanilla bean, and banana cream plus notes of spiced baked apple and peanut brittle within a rich, full body. A fine acid structure reins in the lavish palate.
