Bajarriba Plata Tequila

Bajarriba Plata Tequila embodies the essence of traditional craftsmanship and premium quality. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this tequila is a testament to heritage and expertise.

Sourced from the fertile volcanic soil of the Jalisco Highlands in Mexico, Bajarriba Plata Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave that is fully matured at an altitude of 7,000 feet. This optimal growing environment ensures the agave develops rich and complex flavors.

Under the guidance of a third-generation Master Distiller with over 85 years of family experience, Bajarriba Plata Tequila is produced using old-world cooking methods. The agave is slow-roasted in \”Hornos\” (brick ovens) and distilled in copper and stainless steel pots, resulting in a tequila of exceptional purity and flavor.

Free from artificial additives, Bajarriba Plata Tequila promises an authentic and unparalleled tasting experience, with no compromise on quality or craftsmanship.

TASTING NOTES

Intense but smooth baked agave flavor and aroma, complemented by a notable white pepper explosion mid-palate and finishing with the hint of clean citrus zest and sweet floral notes.
