Aged for 27 months in American Oak barrels, this Aejo goes well beyond the minimum requirement, developing a beautiful, deep amber hue and an elegant complexity. It\’s a true sipping experience, best enjoyed neat or over a large rock to savor its full, satiny finish.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Deep, inviting amber.
• Aroma: A fragrant, beautiful bouquet of sweet vanilla, caramel, and cooked agave. Underlying hints of dried fruit, allspice, and soft oak create an inviting nose.
• Flavor (Palate): Balanced and expressive, the palate delivers a smooth, oily mouthfeel. Initial notes of rich maple, honey, and roasted agave blend seamlessly with flavors of dark chocolate, a touch of cherry, and mild baking spices (like clove and allspice). The oak influence is present but well-integrated, not overpowering.
